Usage

1) Massage method: essential oil can only be used after being diluted and blended with base oil. After massage, it can infiltrate into the body and be absorbed by the skin.The amount of essential oil used is calculated by "drop", the more refined the amount of essential oil used is, the less.

2) Bath/foot bath: essential oil can be used for bathing or foot bath, but undiluted essential oil can sometimes damage the bath tub of some materials.Mix the essential oil well before soaking. The water temperature should not be too hot. Otherwise, the essential oil will evaporate quickly.

3) Smell absorption method: put 5 ~ 10 drops of essential oil into the incense lamp, or drop on the face paper or drop on the hot water smell.

4) Skin care/hair care: can be diluted in lotion, cream, shampoo, conditioner and other purposes.
